Description
Isachne nipponensis (also called Nippon false oat, among many other common names) is a perennial grass species native to tropical and subtropical regions of Asia, Africa, and Australia. It is a tufted grass, with erect stems and linear leaves. It grows in open grasslands, woodlands, and disturbed habitats.
