Description

Holcus setiger (also called Velvet Grass, among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to Europe, North Africa, and western Asia. It grows in meadows, pastures, and other grassy areas. It has thin, narrow leaves that are green to bluish-green in color and have a velvety texture. The stems are upright and can reach heights of up to 1.5 meters.
