Description
Guadua tagoara (also called Tagoara Guadua, among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to South America. It grows in wet, open woodlands and grasslands, and has a tufted growth habit with long, linear leaves. The flower heads are small and yellow, and the seeds are enclosed in a papery sheath.
