Description
Gigantochloa brachystachya (also called Brachystachya giant bamboo, among many other common names) is a species of grass native to Southeast Asia. It is a perennial grass that grows to a height of 3–4 m (10–13 ft). It is found in open woodlands, dry forests, and grasslands.
