Festuca plicata (also called folded fescue, among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to the Mediterranean region. It is a low-growing plant with short, narrow leaves that are folded along the midrib and small, light-green flower spikes. It is found in dry, rocky habitats, often in areas with little to no soil.
