Description
Festuca muelleri (also called Mueller's Fescue, among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to Europe, Asia and North Africa. It is a tufted grass with a long, narrow leaf blade and long, thin awns. It grows in meadows, pastures, and other grasslands, as well as in sandy soils.

Festuca muelleri has small, yellow flowers with six petals. Its seeds are small and brown, and its seedlings are small and green.
