Description
Festuca irtyshensis (also called Irtysh Fescue, among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to Russia and Kazakhstan. It grows in dry, sandy soils and can reach up to 1 meter in height. Its leaves are thin and narrow, and its flowers are small and yellow.
