Festuca huamachucensis (also called Huamachuco fescue, among many other common names) is a species of grass in the family Poaceae. It is native to South America, where it is found in the countries of Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, and Peru. It typically grows in dry, open habitats, such as dry meadows, grasslands, and rocky slopes.
