Description
Festuca eugenii (also called Eugen's Fescue, among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to Europe. It is a tufted grass, with a height of up to 0.5 m and a width of up to 0.3 m. It prefers dry, rocky soils in grasslands and open woodlands.
