Festuca carchiensis (also called Carchi Fescue, among many other common names) is a species of grass native to South America. It is a perennial grass with a tufted growth habit, and grows to a height of 0.3–0.6 m. It is found in grasslands, meadows, and open woodlands in Ecuador.
