Description
Drepanostachyum kurzii (also called Kurz's drepanostachyum, among many other common names) is a perennial grass species native to India. It grows in moist deciduous forests, as well as in grasslands and open areas. It has a tufted habit and its leaves are linear-lanceolate, flat and glabrous. Its inflorescence is a panicle with spikelets that are 4-5 mm long.

Drepanostachyum kurzii is used as an ornamental plant in gardens and parks. It is also used for making furniture and other wood products.
