Digitaria vidascens (also called Vida's Fingergrass, among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to the Mediterranean region, North Africa, and parts of Central Asia. It grows in dry grasslands, steppes, and meadows, and is characterized by its erect stems, which can reach up to 1.2m in height, and its narrow, lance-shaped leaves.
