Description
Cortaderia vaginata (also called Sheathed Pampas Grass, among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to South America. It is a tall grass, growing up to 3 meters in height, with long, white, feathery plumes. It is commonly found in open grasslands, along roadsides, and in disturbed areas.
