Description
Chrysopogon perlaxus (also called Slender Beardgrass, among many other common names) is an annual grass native to tropical and subtropical regions of the world. It typically grows to a height of 0.3–1 m and has long, narrow leaves. It is found in a variety of habitats, from open grasslands and savannas to disturbed areas and roadsides.
