Description
Chloris sagrana (also called Mexican Feathergrass, among many other common names) is an annual grass native to Mexico. It grows up to 0.5 m tall and has a tufted habit with thin, bright green leaves. It prefers dry, sunny habitats and is often found in rocky areas.
Uses & Benefits
Chloris sagrana is used as an ornamental plant in gardens and as a forage crop for livestock. It is also used to stabilize soils in areas prone to erosion.
