Description
Chasechloa madagascariensis (also called Madagascar grass, among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to the United States and Canada. It grows in clumps up to 1.5 feet tall and produces a fine, airy texture. Its leaves are long and narrow, and its flowers are small and green. It prefers dry, open areas such as prairies and fields.
