Description
Cenchrus orientalis (also called Oriental Cenchrus, among many other common names) is a species of grass native to the tropical and subtropical regions of Africa, Asia, and Australia. It is an evergreen perennial that grows to a height of 1-2 feet with leaves that are 0.5-1 inch long. It prefers moist soils and full sun to partial shade.
