Description
Bambusa vinhphuensis (also called Vinhphu Bamboo, among many other common names) is a species of bamboo native to Southeast Asia. It is a large, evergreen, clumping bamboo that can reach heights of up to 10 m (33 ft). It grows in a wide range of habitats, from lowland to mountain forests and along streams and rivers.
Uses & Benefits
Bambusa vinhphuensis is an ornamental grass that is often used in landscaping. It is also used as a forage crop for livestock and as a ground cover in areas with heavy foot traffic.
