Description
Bambusa tsangii (also called Tsang's Bamboo, among many other common names) is a species of bamboo native to Southeast Asia. It is a large, evergreen, clumping bamboo that can reach heights of up to 10 m (33 ft). It grows in a wide range of habitats, from lowland to mountain forests and along streams and rivers.

Bambusa tsangii is often used as an ornamental plant and is popular for its ability to form a dense hedge. It is also used for making furniture, paper, and other products.

Cultivation and Propagation
