Description
Aulonemia hirtula (also called Aulonemia, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Bromeliaceae. It is native to South America, where it is found in the Andes Mountains of Peru and Bolivia. It grows in moist, shady habitats, such as in cloud forests and along streams.
