Aristida stenophylla (also called Narrow-leaf Three-awn, among many other common names) is an annual grass native to South America. It is a tufted grass with a short, erect stem, and grows to a height of 0.3-1.2 m. It is found in grasslands, savannas, and disturbed areas, and is widely distributed in Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay.
