Description
Aristida pinifolia (also called Pineleaf Three-awn, among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to North America. It grows in open, dry habitats, such as prairies, meadows, and roadsides. It has a thin, upright stem with a tuft of three-forked awns at the tip. The leaves are narrow and have a rough texture.
