Description
Aristida basiramea (also called basirame three-awn, among many other common names) is a species of grass native to the southwestern United States and northern Mexico. It is a perennial grass that grows in dry, sandy soils and is often found in disturbed areas such as roadsides and fields. It has narrow, green leaves and produces small, yellow-brown flowers in the summer.
