Description
Anthoxanthum tongo (also called Tongo Sweet Vernal Grass, among many other common names) is a perennial grass native to Southeast Asia. It grows in meadows, pastures, roadsides and other disturbed areas.

Anthoxanthum tongo is used as an ornamental grass, for erosion control, and as a soil stabilizer.
