Description

Acidosasa carinata (also called 'Carinate Bamboo', among many other common names) is a species of bamboo native to Southeast Asia. It is a large, clumping bamboo with long, arching culms and narrow, lanceolate leaves. It grows in moist, shady forests at altitudes of up to 1,500 meters. It is found in Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, and Cambodia.
