Description
Acantholimon puberulum (also called 'Hairy Thrift' and 'Hairy Plume', among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to the Eastern Mediterranean region. It has a woody base and linear leaves, and grows in dry, rocky habitats.

Acantholimon puberulum is a low-growing, evergreen perennial that grows up to 10 cm (4 in) tall and spreads by rhizomes. It prefers full sun and well-drained soil. Propagation is by division in spring or autumn. Seeds can also be sown in spring.
