Description
Acantholimon huetii (also called Huet's Prickly-thistle, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Plumbaginaceae. It is a low-growing, evergreen shrub with narrow, grey-green leaves and small, white flowers. It is native to the Middle East, from Iran to Afghanistan, and grows in rocky, dry areas.
Flower, Seeds and Seedlings
Acantholimon huetii has small, star-shaped flowers with five petals and a yellow center. The seeds are small, dark brown, and oval-shaped. The seedlings are thin and have long, narrow leaves.
