Description

Penstemon caespitosus (also called Tufted Penstemon, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to the western United States. It grows up to 1 m in height and has small, bright yellow flowers. It grows in dry, rocky soils in mountain meadows and open woodlands.

Cultivation and Propagation
