Description
Plagiothecium talbotii (also called 'Plagiothecium', among many other common names) is a small moss species that is found in the Northern Hemisphere. It is a small, yellow-green plant with a short stem and small leaves. It is native to North America, Europe, and Asia, and is found in moist, shady habitats.
Cultivation and Propagation
Plagiothecium talbotii can be propagated by division or by sowing spores. It prefers a moist, shady environment with plenty of organic matter in the soil. It is tolerant of a wide range of temperatures, but prefers temperatures between 15-25°C. It should be watered regularly, but not allowed to become waterlogged. It can be fertilized with a balanced fertilizer once a month during the growing season.
