Description
Plagiothecium mildbraedii (also called Orthothecium mildbraedii, among many other common names) is a small moss species native to the Northern Hemisphere. It grows in dense tufts, with a yellow-green to dark green coloration. It is found in moist, shady habitats, such as forests, woodlands, and grasslands.

Cultivation and Propagation
Plagiothecium mildbraedii can be propagated by division or by spore sowing. For division, the plant should be divided in the spring or early summer.
