Description
Glochidion woodii (also called Wood's Glochidion, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Phyllanthaceae family. It is native to Southeast Asia, where it is found in India, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand. It grows in lowland forests, usually in areas with sandy soils.
Cultivation and Propagation
Glochidion woodii can be propagated by seed or cuttings. Seeds should be sown in a well-draining soil mix and kept moist until germination. Cuttings should be taken from semi-hardwood stems and placed in a moist soil mix. Both methods should be kept in a warm, humid environment until the plants are established.
Where to Find Glochidion woodii
Glochidion woodii can be found in tropical rainforests in Australia, New Guinea, and the Solomon Islands.
