Description

Aporosa subcaudata (also called 'Bastard Sandalwood' and 'White Sandalwood', among many other common names) is a medium-sized tree, usually up to 20 meters tall, with a trunk diameter of up to 60 cm. It is native to India, Sri Lanka, and Southeast Asia. It is found in lowland and hill forests, up to an elevation of 1000 meters.
