Amanoa almerindae (also called Almerindo, among many other common names) is a shrub or small tree native to the Atlantic Forest biome of Brazil. It typically grows up to 5 m tall and has a trunk diameter of up to 25 cm. It is found in humid montane forests at elevations of 500–1,500 m.
