Description
Clutia rubricaulis (also called Red-stemmed Clutia, among many other common names) is a species of shrub native to Mexico and Central America. It is an evergreen shrub that grows up to 3 m tall. It is found in dry, tropical forests and scrublands. It prefers moist, well-drained soils and grows best in full sun.
