Papaver setiferum (also called Bristly poppy, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant native to Europe. It has a basal rosette of leaves and a tall flowering stem that can reach up to 60 cm in height. It is found in open woodlands, grasslands, and chaparral habitats.
