Pedicularis polyodonta is a perennial herbaceous plant native to the mountains of western North America. It is easy to cultivate and propagate in the garden. It prefers moist, well-drained soils and full sun to partial shade. It can be propagated by division in spring or by seed. Seeds should be sown in spring in a cold frame and the seedlings should be transplanted when they are large enough to handle.
