Description

Pedicularis pheulpini (also called Pheulpin's Lousewort, among many other common names) is a perennial herbaceous plant. It is native to the western United States and Canada, from British Columbia to California and east to Montana and Wyoming. It typically grows in moist meadows, along streams, and in wet areas of coniferous forests.

Pedicularis pheulpini is used as an ornamental plant in gardens, as a medicinal herb in traditional Chinese medicine, and as a source of food for some species of butterflies.
