Habenaria quadrifolia (also called 'Four-leaved Orchid', among many other common names) is a species of orchid found in tropical Africa. It has a single, erect, leafless stem with a single, terminal flower. The flower has a white lip and a yellow-green, three-lobed, petal-like sepals. It is found in humid forests and grasslands.
