Habenaria macroceratitis (also called Long-Horned Habenaria, among many other common names) is a terrestrial orchid with a single, erect stem which can reach up to 40 cm in height. It is native to the tropical regions of Africa. It is found in wet meadows, grasslands, and open forests.
