Description

Epidendrum tovarense (also called 'Tovar's Epidendrum', among many other common names) is a species of orchid native to Central America, from Mexico to Costa Rica. It is found in wet forests at elevations of 500–2000 m. It has a sympodial growth habit, with short, branching stems and oblong-lanceolate leaves. The inflorescence is a terminal raceme with fragrant, yellow-green flowers.
