Description
Epidendrum pterostele (also called Winged Stem Epidendrum, among many other common names) is a small, epiphytic orchid species with a sympodial growth habit, native to Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela. It has long, thin, strap-shaped leaves and produces fragrant, yellowish-green flowers. It grows in wet montane forests, often on trees.
