Description
Epidendrum pristes (also called Pristes Epidendrum, among many other common names) is a species of orchid native to Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, and Venezuela. It grows in wet forests and is a small, epiphytic plant with long, thin, branching stems and small, white flowers.

Epidendrum pristes has small, white, star-shaped flowers with a yellow center. The seeds are small and black and the seedlings are delicate and have long, thin stems.
Cultivation and Propagation
Epidendrum pristes is a terrestrial orchid native to Central and South America. It is best grown in a warm and humid environment with partial shade. It can be propagated by division or by seed. The seeds should be sown in a well-drained potting mix and kept moist. Once the seedlings have established, they can be transplanted into individual pots.
