Epidendrum microcharis can be propagated by division or by seed. To divide, carefully remove the plant from its pot and separate the rhizomes. Replant the divisions in a well-draining potting mix. To propagate by seed, sow the seeds in a well-draining potting mix and keep the soil moist. Place the pot in a warm, bright spot and the seedlings should emerge in a few weeks.
