Description

Epidendrum macasense (also called Macas Epidendrum, among many other common names) is an epiphytic orchid species native to Ecuador and Peru. It has a short, creeping rhizome and produces long, thin, arching stems with many small, oblong, leathery leaves. The inflorescence is a terminal raceme with many fragrant, yellow-green flowers.
