Description
Epidendrum hellerianum (also called 'Heller's Epidendrum', among many other common names) is a perennial epiphyte orchid native to Mexico, Central America, and South America. It is found in humid, tropical forests at elevations of up to 1,500 meters. It has a short stem with a single, large, leathery leaf and a long, thin, branched inflorescence. The flowers are white to yellowish-green, with a yellow lip.

Epidendrum hellerianum has white flowers with yellow-green sepals and petals. The seed is a small, black, round seed. The seedlings are small, green and have a single leaf.
