Description
Epidendrum francisci (also called 'Francis' Epidendrum' and 'Tall Epidendrum', among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Orchidaceae family. It is an epiphytic or lithophytic herb that typically grows to a height of 20–30 cm. It is native to India, and is found in tropical and subtropical moist forests.
Uses & Benefits
Epidendrum francisci is used in traditional Chinese medicine to treat fever, headache, and abdominal pain. It is also used as an ornamental plant in gardens.

The flower of Epidendrum francisci is yellow and tubular with a long spur. The seed is small and round and the seedlings are small and yellow.
Cultivation and Propagation
