Description
Comparettia tuerckheimii (also called Tuerckheim's Comparettia, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Orchidaceae family. It is a small epiphyte with stems up to 15 cm long. It is native to the tropical rainforests of Peru and Ecuador. It is found in humid forests, along rivers, and in the understory of tall trees.
