Cattleya verelii (also called Verel's Cattleya, among many other common names) is a species of orchid native to Brazil. It is a medium-sized epiphytic orchid with a pseudobulb and long, thin leaves. It is found in humid forests in the states of Bahia and Minas Gerais. It grows in the understory of the forest, on trees and rocks.
