Appendicula ancosiphila (also called Ancosi appendicula, among many other common names) is a small epiphytic orchid native to Costa Rica. It has a single, thin, cylindrical pseudobulb with a single leaf at its apex. It is found growing in moist, shady forests at elevations of 500 to 1,500 meters.
