Description

Angraecum caricifolium (also called African Mistletoe, among many other common names) is a perennial, evergreen, woody shrub that is native to tropical Africa. It has leathery, dark green leaves that are arranged in an alternate pattern and small, yellow-green flowers that are clustered in groups of three. It grows in moist, shady areas and is often found in woodlands and along riverbanks.

Uses & Benefits

Angraecum caricifolium is used as an ornamental plant in gardens and as a houseplant. It is known to attract hummingbirds and butterflies.
